For machining work, this varies depending on the type of work involved. Each quote will include lead times for your specific product. The engraving items depend on the customer’s order, whether it is fully customized or chosen from our design catalog. Cataloged items are shipped within three to five business days. Fully custom items can vary based on the quality of the submitted design. Once we have accepted the design from the customer, the three to five business days apply.

For machine work, turnaround time varies depending on the type of work, whether it uses a raw material we have on hand or requires obtaining one. Our current turnaround for a raw material we have on hand is two to three weeks for high-volume jobs. The turnaround for engraved work is three to five business days.

We work with any ferrous or non-ferrous metal, from carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and more. With the machinery we have, there is little we can’t do. Our only limit is the size of the material. We don’t cut anything with a larger diameter of 8″ X 6″. Lengthwise, we can handle up to 24′ long.

Once you fill out our request form, our team gets to work on getting a quote back to you. If we need to order material, we will reach out to you within 24 hours of receiving the request to let you know that materials need to be quoted before we can provide an answer. When we have the material on hand, we provide a quote within 24 hours of receiving your request. You will also know how long it will take us to get your parts or products to you.

Because we do piecework, we don’t have a minimum order quantity. There are fees for small-piece orders or one-off parts for the machine shop. If we need to do a machine teardown or setup or expedite an order, we will quote those fees with full transparency at the time of the order. For the engraving division, there are no minimum order requirements or fees. We do offer bulk-order discounts on all our engraved items.
